PRECAST CONCRETE QUALITY CHECK (QC)

We offer complete Quality-Control (QC) assessment checks for Precast Concrete products including defect assessments, Quality audits, Strength (MPA), Design dimension checks and auditing of as-built in relation to as-designed specifications.

We’ve also ventured in Steel Reinforced Concrete assessment technologies and ready to address the likely challenges from including distribution assessments to segregation problems

ASSESSMENTS FOR PRECAST CONCRETE

  • Scanning for post-fixture inclusion coring
  • Detection of reinforcement and cladding tubes, tendon ducts
  • Cover assessments (measuring cover depth, average cover, highlighting cover discrepancies)
  • Crack depth and extent profiling
  • Flaw detection in concrete (cavities, honeycombs, misruns, cracks)
  • Evaluation of concrete strength and MPA
  • Concrete Quality assessment (non-destructively by using multiple evaluation techniques that offer information on: Compressive strength, Quality by ultrasonic velocity properties, defect assessments)
  • Wall-thickness measurement of concrete constructions
  • As-built audits that assess consistency or discrepancy between As-designed and As-built
  • Design and documentation of customized testing process including qualification
  • Corrosion mapping assessments in aged Concrete structures. (Concrete Cancer)
  • Segregation assessments in precast concrete products
  • Steel Fibre Reinforcement distribution assessments, Clustering and Segregation in precast panels
  • Bonding assessment of precast panels.

RESULTS PRESENTATION

  • Screening of reinforced concrete structures with its volumetric 3D representation
  • High-resolution 2d/3d ultrasonic images and radar imaging output of processed GPR / UT data
  • Statistically summarised Concrete strength (MPA) data presenting averages, minimum and maximum results and their distribution across the test area.
  • Highlights of prone or vulnerable areas.
  • Customized reporting for your testing application
